Where I’m at: Hitting the Great Expectations Denver Singles Events
Not that I am not so miserable, ’cause dating games don’t “get” me. Get this, this morning I devoured what seemed like a pound of bacon. On a weekend that comes from being alone, obviously. You better believe it was great. Is that even legal? Well, that’s the moment when I first considered singles events in Dallas or Denver.
Nothing that can’t be fixed. I’ll meet new singles at a professional dating service, Denver Great Expectations. Definitely never sounded better. Why do I bring it up? After practically choking down some of grandma’s potato salad at little Brent’s Easter egg hunt in Dallas this afternoon, Mom wanted to know if I’ve found my one and only. They always bring this up, every year. So, I said, “that’s none of your business.”
Even “The Twerp” (my nephew, age 9) chimed in along the lines of my personal matters. I leveled to all of them: “Hey look, you would bring that up.”
Do you have any idea what happened next? They smiled politely. Immediately, I rang Margaret because the dating pressure was too much. That didn’t help! I can’t imagine what I was thinking there. Chuck, who recently moved to Italy advised that I join Great Expectations. I said, “Yeah, maybe I should.” See, everything always works out. I will never regret joining Great Expectations Denver Matchmaking Service.
Early on, dating events were a novel thing as I am a simple guy. This was all really foreign to me, and I was speechless at first. This slight disaster couldn’t bring an end to another incredible Great Expectations event. The evening was full of crazy-fun mingling. The greatest most memorable part of it all was the honest, desirable singles.
Afterwards, I realized why so many people show up to these incredibley satisfying Great Expectations Denver singles events, I rubbed elbows with a handful of marvelous guys and gals who I could tell feel as excited as I am when talking about real-world dating. Don’t know why I ever let my family give me a hard time about living the bachelor’s life after all these years. Astoundingly enough, dating in Dallas with Great Expectations is my pleasure and like a dream come true.
